finally i hav some activities todae...my cousins came to make sushi with us
there were prawns, salmon, fish/prawn egg,
shallot, octopus, unagi, cucumber...
so we can either make handrolls or temaki(not sure how you spell it)
here are the step on how to make a handroll:
1.wet ur hands so tat the rice will not
stick to ur hand( the rice is a special type)
2.scoop some rice with ur hand(not too much)
and put it 45 degrees angle on a piece of seaweed
put some cucumber strips and some ingredients tat are
stated above( you can put some salad if u want to)
3.roll the handroll into a cone shape
4.juz put it in ur mouth XD
wala! there you hav it. ur handmade handroll :b
